Everyone has heard before that water is an essential part of life and we’ve probably been bombarded by science facts that try to passive-aggressively blackmail us (i.e. Your body is 90% water)
Truth is, 60% of your weight comes from water and you don’t need 8 cups of water a day, the body intake of water should be dictated by thirst, especially because most of us live sedentary lifestyles. You DO, however, require to drink clean, clear water everyday, cut those sugary drinks (teas and coffee included). Some people can’t live without coffee and when the hectic lifestyle we live just won’t afford us that luxury, pick one day every month to eat clean and allow your body to detoxify, it’ll do you a world of good.

- Pick a day every month/week to detoxify
- Drink fresh water everyday
